Where can I spend my Matalan e-gift Card?

What is the helpline number for online e-gift card purchases?

For help with online purchases of Matalan e-gift cards, you can contact us via email at or call our helpline on 0330 135 9121.  Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm and Saturday 9am to 12:30pm. Please quote your order number when you contact us.

What will happen after I place my order online?

We will send you an email to confirm that we received your order. We will send you another email informing when your e-gift Card has been dispatched. If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by email.

What are the payment methods online?

We accept Visa credit cards, Visa debit cards including Delta & Electron, Mastercard, Maestro (UK)/Switch and American Express.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will read "Voucher Express".

Can I send a personal message with the e-gift Card?

Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message when purchasing your e-gift Card online. Your message will be included with your order.

Do Matalan Gift Cards have an expiry date?

The e-gift Card will expire 12 months after the last use or balance enquiry and any remaining balance will be deducted.
