What will happen after I place my order online?
We will send you an email to confirm that we received your order. We will send you another email informing when your Gift Card has been dispatched. If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by email.

Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message when purchasing your Gift Card online. Your message will be included with your order.
Do you offer a Next Day Delivery Service?
Yes, Next Day Delivery is available online before 3pm Monday to Friday and costs £7.50 for delivery in the UK. Upgrading to Next Day Delivery means that your order will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery on the same day and will be delivered on the next working day before 1pm. Please note: Royal Mail cannot deliver to business addresses if they are closed on Saturday.

Do Matalan Gift Cards have an expiry date?
The Gift Card will expire 12 months after the last use or balance enquiry and any remaining balance will be deducted.
